Operation Instructions from XINCOL’s experience
Step 1.Turn your ignition key to ON position, turn off all electronics in your car, turn your key to Start position, at the same time Press The Accelerator Pedal to the Floor the car now will be boosted.
Step 2. After a successful start, immediately detach XINCOL power from the clamps and detach the clamps from the vehicle’s battery within 30 seconds. Be sure to run your vehicle for at least 15 minutes before shutting it off again.

Note:
Do not turn the key to Start position directly, If after 3 seconds engine does not start, turn key to OFF position. Detach XINCOL power from the clamps. Wait 60 seconds and then follow step 1

Further Attention
1.You could only use USB output to charge your device after you switch to ON side and then press little round button POWER key. Do not forget the latter.
2.When charge your laptop, please press Power key button to adjust the LED shine on 19V, the same for 12V when starting car, 19V for charging laptop, 16V if in need.
3.Charge your XINCOL power more than 5 hours but less than 8 hours each time before use
